In the rainy season, most of the hills will be covered in green grass which turns brown in the dry season , which makes them look like chocolate mounds.

Historic Churches (Baclayon Church and The Cathedral of Saint Joseph the Worker) – Baclayon Church is officially known as the Church of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception and is considered to be one of the oldest churches in the Philippines that still retains its century-old architectural design.
The Cathedral of Saint Joseph the Worker is the main seat of the Catholic faith in Bohol whose patron saint is St. Joseph. It is of Baroque architecture but reconstructed and remodeled after it was burnt down which gave it a bit of modern look. Another reason to visit this church aside from the gorgeous setting is the number of beautiful paintings on stained glass.
3. Loboc River – Loboc River Cruise is often included in tour packages in Bohol and many visitors are enchanted with how beautiful this river is. The cruises often include lunch and drinks while being serenaded by a small local choir.
4. Panglao – Panglao, to the ears of foreign and local tourists alike is probably synonymous to white sand beaches and crystal clear water. The magnificent sunset is a not to be missed attraction aside from a variety of water activities that you could indulge yourself in.
